THE GREAT STEPPE FIX V1.1 1.43

Description:
The mod is a correction for the “The Great Steppe” card
The reason for its appearance is departures (mass and random) in Aktobe.

Fix is “two in one”:
Medicine from departure (problem prefabs found and replaced)
This fix includes assets from “Fix Rusmap_2.4.3-TGS), and therefore it can be (and you need to turn off).

Put above basic maps.

Changes v1.1:
Additionally, the corrected departures in Aktobe is cured and partially rebuilt Uralsk
Partially cleared her grass on asphalt
