Great work on the Tesla Model S mod. It drives really smooth. It’s very quiet on the inside but with some noise from the tires. I also love the way it’s quick on the draw and accelerates very fast. It even looks very luxurious and push with an elegance to it when you change to the other rim option that makes the car look much better.
However, there is the unattended acceleration where the car just keeps increasing in speed without you accelerating it which I don’t really like too much. It should stop at 5 km/h or 10 km/h like what you get with internal combustion engine vehicles. It’s good that you can set the cruise control but it seems to only work well from 40 km/h. There is no horn that’s just too bad and the windows don’t work either like the trucks.
Then there are the bad head lamps that are a bit too high contrast with very little distinction. You really have to go up very close to see if the head lights are on or off during the day. The light from the head lamps give a very realistic effect of low and high beam where you can distinctly see the difference between wide angle view and narrow and far but the whiteness of the light is too blinding on the road that obscures your view of the road way ahead.
It would also be very helpful if there were more indicators on the dashboard digital cluster and bigger to see to let you know when you turn features on and off. But overall the car drives really well and it’s just as enjoyable to drive as the real thing… well sort of. If the auto pilot feature could be added for self-driving so that you could put it to drive itself that would be awesome to see.
