Scania V8 Open pipe sound SJ Concept v1.1.1 1.57

Description:
– Added DSC14 engines for 4 Series
– Now compatible with JUseeTV Scania PGR-Series
– Engines are now labled as “SJ Concept”, except NG which only replaces the sound and not engine file due to compatibility issue with Eugene’s Scania
– Euro 6 VGT variant is now separated from 520, 580, 730HP options
– Rebuilt engine sounds
– Various improvements
– Fixed crashes caused by compatibility issue with Eugene’s Scania
– Consequently VGT engine have to be removed from NG Scania
