ETS2 Iberia Locale

Description:
Locale for Iberia

This mod fix the Territory naming to be :

Spain > España
Portugal > Portuguesa

Those two were now in the Locale.

To make it work, you need ETS2 1.40 with the Iberia DLC installed.
