D-TEC Combi Trailer Ownable v 1.2 1.43 -experimental fix

Description:
A Quick and “Dirty” fix for version 1.43.

Dirty means there are still 3 harmless Errors in the Log.
(instead of 28 constantly recorded errors of the previous setup. )
(-that got a direct impact on other mods as well-)

the trailer is forced to use the engines flares and lights now…
so no fancy LSD trip and weird lightshow anymore.

i might replace a few bits later on but for now it should work this way.

-Frontwheels Lift/Steerable
-Rearwheel Lift/Steerable

-Dolly Trailer with dual-steerable axles for extra small turn radius
-Combi setup with Multi- steerable axels for extra small turn radius and less drag on the front.
